Except that it would seem illogical to have two Chapter 46s - I'm assuming "The Dark Cell's Third Phase, Part 2" is supposed to be Chapter 47, despite both the cover and the chapter list claiming otherwise, and Brion just forgot to renumber when editing the copied / pasted text...
