3rd Interview with Maytag

	Time for the interview to begin. Say hello, Maytag!
	Hi.
	As it's been awhile since your last interview, I'm sure many more questions have occured to the readers since then. Are you prepared to answer more questions?
	Sure... I'm ready to answer anything.
	Mythopoeia: "I have a boyfriend": is that true or do you just use it as a get-out clause of any kind of relationship?
	Ahhh, that's the question everyone's dying to hear answered, isn't it? Well... let's see. How much can I tell you... *sigh* I'm sorry... I'm afraid I can't give you any direct answers to that question. There is a very good reason I told Crest that I have a boyfriend, even though that's... ah, I really shouldn't say anymore. I'm sorry.
	Mortifus- Do you think you would ever fit into a "summonable dimension" bag?- lets face it, it would be an entirely new kind of place to explore- I imagine that there would be innumberable amounts of useless items (as long as i have my understanding about summonable dimesion bags correct) AND possibly a lot of other more... interesting and VALUABLE things. oh wait, you don't steal anymore do you? *wink* Your reformed!
	Interesting question. No, there's nothing to see inside a dimensional bag. From what I understand... and my knowledge of this is a bit fuzzy, so you'll have to excuse me... I believe any living thing to enter a pocket dimension would suffocate, uh, as there is no air... generally speaking, that's why the portals they make for bags and things are small enough that a human can't pass through them.
	Jack Rothwell: What memories do you have about your mother? Was she the woman who was telling you that 'beautiful birds must fly free' at the end of book zero?
	What memories do I have of her? Well, I have a lot of memories. Let's just say... let's just say she was a very odd woman. Oh, and by the way... no two part questions, please!
	Shroud: Maytag, have you ever killed anyone with your deadly knife-throwing technique? If so, tell us what happened, and if not, do you think you could bring yourself to kill someone?
	........ Ah... that one's a bit tough. Yes, I have killed. You've seen me do it, in fact... think about it. Now, I will only tell you that if it's necessary to protect myself or my friends, then yes, I will kill. But... I try to avoid killing if I can.
	Ollie: Where do you get your costume made, and is it expensive? I wouldn't mind one for myself. :P
	Well... obviously, since it has enchantments, it might be a little hard to get one exactly like mine! So where do I get it from? A sorcerer-taylor, of course, where else?
	Crazy Razor: When you were a little girl, what did you wanna be when you grew up?
	As best I can remember, I never had any particular profession in mind. All I really wanted was to have lots of friends!
	Doug "Coppertop" Bebop: A famous researcher in my world once determined that only a small minority of men and women were completely heterosexual OR completely homosexual. In other words, most people are bisexual to some degree, some more so and some less. Could you comment on this? From your experience, do you think this is true?
	........ That's a very tricky question to answer. I guess you have to ask yourself, does your physical attraction come from a natural physical urge, or from an emotional need to please someone? Or are those two getting mixed up? Well... frankly I just don't care very much. Let the researchers figure it out. I believe if you are attracted to someone, for whatever reason... and they return your feelings... you should act on it. Man or woman, it doesn't make any difference.
	Cyrus the virus: Hi maytag, If crest never had never been caught cheating by hellmouth and you didnt save him at all from anything that night, would you had gone out on your "date" with him at all?
	Probably not. I found him attractive from the very beginning, but I wasn't used to the "shy" Crest when he asked me out, so he threw me a bit... and also, I was a bit worried that going out with him would create a conflict of interest with the poker game, since no one there was supposed to know who I was. Actually, to tell the truth, I don't think I would have asked him out if he hadn't gotten in Voulger's way. That kind of thing always impresses me.
	Freemage: Maytag, is your costume's effect on your personality magical, psychological, or a mixture of the two?
	Oh, wouldn't you like to know? Let's just say it's a "trade secret," so I'm afraid you'll have to wonder!
	Tysonius: Maytag, how could you so badly misjudge Crest? It was obvious that he was uncomfortable around women, and sensitive, but that he was also a gentleman (re: defiance of Voulger). How could you think he'd be ok with cheating another person? What's going on?
	Well... I very much wanted to have sex with him. But... I was trying to be as open with him as I possibly could. I... I'm sorry that I can't answer your question more fully, right now. I shouldn't reveal anything that I'm not supposed to. I'll be able to give a better answer to that subject as the story continues...
	Thorn: This newest interview with Maytag is a bit pointless at this time. She can't answer half the questions fully.
	Mythopoeia: Agreed with the above ... For someone who claims to be ready to "Answer anything", she sure likes to be aloof this time around, doesn't she? NB: I'm not asking for huge plot spoilers; however, there is a difference between answering questions in a cryptic manner and avoiding them all together. May is doing the latter, which she said she wouldn't do.
	I'm sorry... you're both absolutely right. I shouldn't have left the impression I was going to answer all of your questions... but, I just can't seem to help myself, you know? It's against my nature to keep secrets, but then I keep finding myself in situations where I need to do so. Freemage, I owe you a better answer... although I can't tell you everything, I will say this... there is a psychological element involved with my costume. What that is, I will have to leave up to you to decide.
	Now... for the rest of you, I will try to give better answers from now on, I promise. As events unfold in the story, I'll be able to be a lot more open, so I hope you will be patient until then. But there are still many questions I can answer, so please don't hesitate to keep asking!
	Leonis Lelan: Greetings and salutations. Maytag, I wander this road known as life alone. We are all travelers on a journey. Why do you seem to feel the need to surround yourself and interact with those who enjoy pleasure for pleasures sake? Why not seek a deeper more meaningful relationship with all of joys and sorrows that go with it?
	I'm sorry to hear you are wandering alone, Leonis. Maybe your definition of a "meaniful relationship" is too narrow.
	BiGGGs: Maytag, why did you tell Crest you had a boyfriend? You knew this (what's happening right now in the story) could happen if you told him, which is surely the response you were looking for, otherwise he doesn't care and it's a moot point. Were you looking to see how much he cared when you told him?
	No... that's not it. I already know he has a crush on me. I told him I have a boyfriend because... well... I felt that it was important that I say that, even if he responded badly.
	Tafkae: I kind of wonder... very, very early on, you told Britannus that you don't have a boyfriend - but later you told both Umber and Crest that you did have one. Did you find a boyfriend somewhere in between there without anyone knowing, or if not, which time were you telling the truth?
	Hmmm... well, first of all, good observation. Let's see, how should I answer this... I'll simply say that nothing has changed since then.
	Rip: Why is it that you were willing to sleep with Crest, but not with Moss? The two of them have some similar personality traits... both are bad at interacting with others (though each with different problems), both are rather arrogant, and both of them can be rather nasty with their insults. So why, if you were open to the idea of sleeping with Crest, did you turn down Moss? Is it just a matter of Moss not being hot enough? :P
	No, not at all. I think Moss is attractive in his own way. There's no reason I wouldn't be willing to sleep with him, except... well, let's just say it's a practical reason. Think about what kind of person Moss is... I'm sure you can figure it out.
	Sajomir: You're such a strong woman, I never thought we'd see you cry! I can't say I agree with all the actions you take, including these events with Crest, but I know there's got to be more to it than that. What specifically is it about Crest's words that got to you so deeply? *offers hug* I don't like seeing anyone cry, no matter what they did...
	Thank you, that's very sweet... but, I'm afraid Crest is right about me. I'm not a very good person at all. I guess that's what gets to me.
	MythrilWolf: Heya Maytag! I got a question for ya! Out of whips, chains, handcuffs, and many other fun sexy toys what is your favorite one? Also, ahem, if I may ask, do you like to be the dominant lover or the submissive one? Muahaha! Just curious!
	It's hard for me to pick favorites! In all honesty, I like variety. So sometimes I like being dominant, sometimes submissive...

I don't have any questions about what is currently going on between you and Crest...but I was hoping for some advice...I have a friend that I've known for 7 years now, and we're very close friends...I've formed a very strong crush for her...but we're both girls, and I don't think she likes girls the way I do...I want to tell her I love her, but I'm too shy to come forward and say it...do you have any advice that would help me? 	Well, I wouldn't come right out and tell her you love her. That's putting a lot of pressure on her. You may want to start by asking her if she's ever felt attracted to a girl before, and you could even confide in her that you have. Depending on how she reacts, you may be able to figure out where you stand.
	Twitch: If massive zombie hordes just up and rose from the ground in Solstice Right Now, and you had no access to any magical undead protection items, what would be your course of action? Where would you go, and do you think you'd survive? Or would some lucky zombies be feasting on tastey May brains?
	Zombies, huh? Well that's a bizarre question... I like it! Well, I suppose I would try to fight my way through them, attacking at a distance with daggers if necessary. First I would gather supplies, then find a building to use as a stronghold. Of course I would survive, this is me we're talking about!
	Chobbit: Hiya Maytag, a lot of people have been questioning the existance of this 'boyfriend', however you have said quite a bit that there was someone you truly loved. I think I know who this is, but for secrecy's sake my question is as follows: Do you think that one day your relationship with the person you love will be as open as Umber's? If not, is that a reason for not pursuing a 'deeper' relationship than what exists?
	Hm........ that's a very good question. I'm sorry that I can only say "I don't know." I wish I could give you a better answer... but please believe me when I say that's the honest truth.
	Lisa: Do you use magical enhancements to be good in bed, or increase your libedo?
	Heh... wouldn't you like to know, perv! (That's a compliment, by the way.) First of all, I don't need any enchantments to increase my libido! Still, stamina potions can be useful for girls, as well as guys. I have used those a few times. Other than that, I wouldn't say I use enchantments to be "good" in bed, per say, but there are other more creative uses... think about what you can do with a potion of possession, for example... you get the idea, right?
	Ramoth: Soooo Maytag.... have you and Bernadette ever done it and if not why not? You two certainly are close and your Open-mindedness towards bisexuality and Casual sex is fast becoming legendary.
	Nope, 'fraid not! Maybe we will someday, if she's really lucky! But seriously, I don't think we'll ever have that kind of relationship. Nice try!
	The Ultimate Lord of Chaos and Death: Maytag, Just wondering, is Moss your uber mysterious boyfriend cause in book 0 you seemed to like him and left us at a cliffhanger on what happened to him.
	Ahhh... y'know, I feel better now that I've got the tough questions out of the way! And it makes me happy to see that most of you don't seem to hate me after all! Thanks for giving me the benefit of the doubt, I appreciate it. Anyway, to answer this guy's question... no, silly!
	Lionheart: Hey Maytag, have you ever slipped some mind control potion in Bernadette's drink as a practical joke? If so, how did you escape death?
	You mean like a potion of possession? Naww... she really would kill me! It's a fun idea, though!
	Grim Chook: Hi Maytag! I can't help noticing you have a very large collection of knives (and the very large gap between us)! Do you name them? And do you have a favourite?
	Heheh, name them? Nope, I'm afraid not! I have 30 or 40 knives or so, sooo... that would be a bit silly!
	Lyra Silvertongue: Hi Maytag! Have to say, I absolutely love the suit. You are incredibly sexy! Just wanted to know, is this mysterious boyfriend of yours actually Bernadette? (I mean, I know she's a woman but you might say boyfriend as a cover up) or is it Moss? I know a lot of people have hinted at this but we'd all like to know. But I will tell you something... just be patient a little bit longer. You're gonna find out the answer to this "boyfriend" mystery a lot sooner than you think!

	You're trying to pry some information about how the jester suit works out of me, aren't you? Heh, well to answer your question, let's just say it's something I discovered in a round-about sort of way...
	Jester' Student: Dear Maytag, what do you find attractive in a guy, or I guess anyone? Im just wondering, and it doesn't have to be a physical thing it can be a emotional thing or a particular talent of a person or something like that. If you'd inform me I'd appreciate it very much, learning from you would be a pleasure.
	That's a very good question, and a hard one to answer... to tell you the truth, I find a lot of things attractive about many people. I know that's very vague... but it's hard to pin-point. One thing I find important is a certain kind of intelligence. Sweetness and sensuality are also a plus. I would also say I am drawn to innocence. There are many other things, but those are some examples for you. It's not something I can teach, you have to learn for yourself!
	Mercy: Maytag, where did you get the idea to become a jester?
	It's simple. I love to give people joy! I know, it's sounds corny... but it's true. It makes me happy inside.
	The Cheese Queen: Maytag, you said you didn't have "that sort of relationship" with Bernardette, yet you end up in bed together. Why????
	Ahh... that's the question you were all dying to ask, right? Well, there's a simple explanation... I lied. I'm sorry that I lied to all of you. I would much rather answer all of your questions honsetly... and I swear, all the rest of my answers have been true! There's a very good reason I had to lie to you about that... you see, I made a promise to Bernadette that I would keep our relationship a secret, and no matter what I intended to keep that promise. Now, I could have just refused to answer, but you were all getting to suspicious and I felt it was my duty to Bernadette to throw you off the track. Yes, that's what I do with everyone. Now do you see why I said "boyfriend"? So again, I'm sorry I lied to you... but I guess it's a moot point now. You all know the truth, and I hope it is clear why I had to answer the way I did...

	I'm afraid not! That's why I need to keep my distance... no correlation between that and my personal relationships, or is there?
	Ian: Hey Maytag. Just wanted to say i do find you quite attractive(aside from the curly hair, not a fan of that :\). I know your bi, but I've known several other bi people, including myself, and most tend to prefer one sex over the other in my limited experinces. As you have probably guessed, I was just curious as to rather or not you prefered one gender over the other and if so, which one?
	If I had to choose just one gender... I'd probably have to go with women. I love the sensuality of a woman's body. But, then again, I love men too. Honestly, I want to have them both! Is that an option?

	Thanks... I'll do my best to live up to your compliments! Now, as for Mayweather and Taggert, they were basically a pair of crazy jesters. I decided I wanted to become a jester after seeing thier act... also, they were the ones who first got me into poker.

I was crying over my ex-boyfriend, Zenfa, when Bern just happened to walk by. She offered to buy me lunch. We talked for awhile, and I knew I was attracted to her right away. At first, I guess you might say it was sort of a rebound thing, but... well, you know Bern, I'm sure you can figure out how I could fall in love with her!

If you could be more open about your relationship with her do you think you'd sleep with other people less as a result? I was just wondering because in my experience the more secretive one is the more promiscuious the open member of the relationship seems to be, It's almost as if the promiscuity is a sort of rebellion against the secrecy, What do you think?
	I don't know about that. I'm honestly much more promiscuous when I'm not in a serious relationship. But I've only been in two serious ones. When I had more freedom to do whatever I wanted, (or whomever I wanted) I usually took advantage of it.
