I've got plenty, and I still can't draw boobs. Though, I can't really draw fuckin' much of anything, so that's a bit of a moot point.
Still, You underestimate the sheer disregard and inexperience of the people who typically end up drawing shitloads of hentai manga. For everyone good one, you have umpty hojillion people who are obsessed with what they're doing to the point that even the rainman would say "That dude's fucked up. Should flown Quantas. Quantas never crashed."
Well, yeah. But I see a lot of pictures that are pretty good art, it's just that sometimes the anatomy is off and it leads me to suspect they could do better if they put a little research effort in.
I've seen plenty of drawings that look like they were drawn by twelve-year-olds that think that just because something vaguely resembling a pair of breasts is in a picture automatically makes it hot.

I just can't appreciate overly huge breasts. I like soft boobs with a nice shape that can fit in your hands nicely. I think that massive-breastism has gotten to the point of weird-hentai-fetish exaggeration ...but it's so wide spread, you can't entirely call it a weird fetish. And finding well drawn boobs in hentai is just way too rare T-T ./cry (actually, really nice boobs in porn is rare, too.... such is life
I dislike the exaggeration fetishism in hentai art too. I've seen lots of otherwise great pieces that were ruined by blowing certain bits way out of proportion. It's like...there are other ways to emphasis certain parts of anatomy without jacking up the size meter.
Sometimes I think it's to the point that it's just a mess of people...being disagreeable. You've got people who are all "big titties, yeah" that are really stupid and are always looked down on. Then you have people who say they don't care just to seem special. Then you have girls that say big tits are bad because they're jealous. Then you have all the girls who are insecure about breast size when they don't need to be. Then you have guys that really do prefer smaller breasts, maybe even really small A-cup size, but they seem like they're full of it because everyone likes big tits, right?, and you'll have that one guy who always comes in with the quip of how more than a handful is a waste, and the guy who will come in be like "A true lover of breasts likes all breasts, big or small!", and the guy that really does prefer big boobs, and hey, no fault their, because he's not a dog about it or anything, but he agrees with everyone else because he feels guilty about his preferences then you have big-chested women who feel bad because the counterfetishists say they're "too big" like that in itself is a bad thing, and then it's all gone complicated. It's like the whole skinny vs. "curvy" debate, it's so polluted with political and sociological hang-ups that it's just not possible for a person to think a given woman is attractive for whatever reason he has anymore.
