Hmmm, I recall some rumor that Cunnilingus is (or was) viewed a bit differently in Japanese culture/society.

Apparently receiving oral sex from or having sex with a girl for money is considered prostitution and both the girl and guy are looked upon as unclean or dishonourable if the man has a wife, but supposedly it's perfectly alright to perform oral sex on another girl and pay money to do it and this isn't considered cheating or prostitution for whatever reason.

Thus, maybe it isn't included in the pics 'cos it's not considered a significant sexual act between partners... But then kissing was included... Maybe the artist just missunderstood which lips the guy was supposed to be kissing

Perhaps, but I think it's because the Japanese are obsessed with the penis to a frightening degree. Ever since I started reading hentai manga like 3 months ago, I have been saddened to learn that most straight hentai is way too penis-focused for my taste. (After all, when they weren't legally allowed to show penises they had to invent new ones in the form of tentacles.) Sure, they have a fetish for everything, but if the target demographic is the archetypal "straight Japanese male", there is very little eating a girl out, zero lesbian sex, (even in a threesome, the "extra" girl will either help with a blowjob or just lie there and watch until it's her turn to get dicked, whereas licking or kissing or fondling the other girl is right out  )  and most disturbingly, when girls do have sex with each other, they have penises. It's called "Dick-girl" or "Futanari" and it's fucking gross. It's also rarely explained. I (briefly) read one hentai where some girl goes to a house of a rich lesbian who disrobes and reveals a huge hard-on. It's "explained" that because "she tried and tried to date women and they rejected her, so she grew a penis." NO JAPAN! JUST FUCKING NO! THE HUMAN BODY DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY! 

In my opinion, eating a girl out probably just doesn't involve enough penis to be of interest to the Japanese. 

If you want lesbians, you have to read yuri, witch of course has no penises at all. And there is less of it. And too often it doesn't show any explicit sex what so ever.

@Ronin: I think I remember reading that or something similar at some point.  The explaination was something along the lines that they'd just invented a way to do it and had done it... that was it... then it was lots of sex and any hint of a story or plot vanished.

I've never really seen any hentai with a truly decent storyline but then I've never read or watched an awful lot so my exposure is minimal.  Honestly I'm much more happy with regular manga/anime and the suggestive stuff that tends to go into that.

Case in point; Tail Chaser, the plot is something incomprehensible about artificially created alien cat-girls from another dimension trying to take over the world, but it doesn't matter because the cat-girl superhero heroin is spunky and sexy and the protagonist is horny and lazy and irresponsible and hilarious. Plus it has at least 2 legitiment lesbian scenes (a depressing rarity for straight hentai) and NO. FUCKING. DICKGIRLS. I highly recommend it. Obviously NSFW/ Porno so don't check it out if you'll get into trouble.
