They have little idea what to do with people at this age... except make sucking noises and hope you've got the goods
The one interaction, I'm aware of, that they have at this age is some small ability to move their head and follow a voice. So its an exercise at this age to hold them back around the distance they can focus and talk to them from different sides so they turn their head to look at you.
Beyond that, they eat, poop and sleep. She's managing 2.5 - 5 hour sleeps, which is very good for a baby at that age. At around 6 weeks, you can start to push for an all-night sleep. Any earlier and its a bit of a health problem as they can get dehydrated.
NOTE: nappy changes are very easy at this age since the stools hardly smell until the digestive system develops a bit more and/or they get into solids. I guess thats how parents do it. They just get gradually introduced to worse and worse stools rather than thrown in at the deep end.
