Well *theoretically* you can train parts of the body that give off no sexual stimulation to a person by stimulating them during an orgasm. If done enough *again theoretically* the brain will link that stimulation to pleasure, where there wasn't any previously.
So it would really be more about you being able to enjoy other things.
