According to the legend of the Whipfather, a desperate innkeeper fallen on hard times encountered three young boys who appeared to be from wealthy families. Naturally, his immediate response to the situation was to gruesomely slaughter them by slitting their throats and cutting them into pieces with the help of his wife.

After bringing the three children back to life (because Santa really is just a way cooler Jesus), the big red guy decided to take the law into his own hands and condemn the psycho to an eternity of community service as his new helper, traditionally portrayed in chains at Santa's side. Bratty kids were (and in some cases, still are) warned that while Santa makes his rounds delivering presents, the Whipfather will stop by to deliver both coal and painful assbeatings to naughty children, because there's clearly no better punishment for a child-killer than to take him on a holiday joyride of bondage and sadism.

When I saw this I just thought "HELL YEAH! JESUS KICKING SOME OLYMPIAN ASSS!"

While the final page leading to the fight with Zeus seems to be the worst drawn, I do like the final line to describe how the Thunder God fared against the Christ.

The only way this could get more badass is if Jesus retained a nail in one of his hands and used it to deliver a more painful than average backhand to one of the gods

... or if he'd head-butted one of them with his crown of thorns.

edit again: Odd, if you're still alive, could you answer a quick question? What was the standard issue combat rifle for the British in WW2? Not the Lee Enfield, right? Or was it? I saw one video that seemed to suggest that it was a somewhat updated model of the Lee Enfield...

Are the Americans the only ones who had a semi-automatic rifle as the standard issue (the M1 Garand)? Actually, I think I may have read that somewhere. If so, pretty good fire superiority...though the Lee Enfield would have been just nearly comperable in the right hands, at a slight disadvantage only because you could only put 5 rounds in it at a time.

Jeez, I'd like to buy one of these things someday, just for the historical value. At least I'd like to feel what it's like to shoot edit:some puppies with/edit one someday.

What? that car picture was pretty badass guy...throwing someone over the hood of a dusty old car and going for it? Though...it was almost certainly staged. They wouldn't have kept their hands/bodies stationary on the hood. There would have been lots more dust wiped off.

Aye still here, no sign of the Ninjas yet. The standard Infantry rifle for the British army since 1895 was the Lee Enfield 0.303 rifle in it's various forms but the Home Guard got the Canadian Ross rifle due to shortages after the Dunkirk evacuation. It remaind in service well into the 1950's where it got replaced by the Self Loading Rifle similar to the Heckler & Koch G3 until the late 80's when the SA80 came into service. Depending on the version You could fit a ten round clip into the magazine, watch that last video again and read the discribtion 5 rounds in the mag at the start then reload with a ten round clip.

The American Standard was the Garrand M1 semi-automatic rifle after replacing the springfield rifle, but due to lend-lease some units of the commandos (army,Royal Marines and Lovats Commandos) and S.A.S did use the Garrand. yep and they where the only army to use semi automatics as standard infantry rifles.
