Are you serious?
You need to build up your tollerance a little. Otherwise you'll miss out on an entire culinary wonderland.
I suggest starting with mild things like green peppers, crushed black pepper and mild pace pecante suace, then at least learn to eat medium salsa at the grocery store. buy an occasional cinnimon candy at the store. Have some wasabi with your sushi- don't start with a huge glob, just a speck the size of a pencil lead and mix it into your soy sauce. You don't need to chug jelpeno juice or anything, you just need to be able to enjoy a wide range of flavours. Also for health reasons. Heat is the number one way of injecting flavour in food without adding extrainous fat or salt. Trust me, you don't want to be like my boyfriend's mom, an 80 year old woman who cannot eat tons of foods becuase she can't take the heat.
