My preferred style of narration is 3rd person omniscient, with a sense of humor or sarcasm, much like you find in Discworld or A Series of Unfortunate Events.

63
I prefer hentia as well, and felt largely the same way as a kid.
It's my dad's fault. He said that girls in porno are debasing themselves.
But I got over it when I didn't have access to "2D"  ::) porn for most of my adult life, as it was pretty hard to find until relatively recently. I don't don't feel bad about porno for the most part anymore unless it has blatantly misogynistic overtones, like rape.

Well, for me, real porn has a lot of turn-offs for me. A lot of it is pretty boring. At least to watch other people do.

64
Yes. I could fap to that. But only if it was a girl I actually knew in real life. If it was just some celebrity or something I would rather try to find real porno. Maxim has given me my fair share erections before, but mostly it's too much of a cock-tease.

How about you? Do you get off on celebrity head shots?

I find practically no celebrities attractive, except for a few singers.
This'll sound weird, but when I feel the need to "get off" on something, I use anime stuff.
Getting jollies off real people would make me feel like a creep.

65

If that pretty face was giving me a blow job, then frankly I probably would be able to get off on "just that". Otherwise I don't know what you mean. What kind of porno is just women's heads? (Except for oral sex and/or analingus)? :-\

Well, I know, for instance, desperate, generally young, males who, say, have a crush on x girl and use a (non-erotic) picture of said girl for their "special time" purposes.

I'm going to go ahead and assume you're beyond stooping to that level.

66
The answer is yes. An ugly face is a deal-breaker.

How about you, RA? To ask a rather base question. Do you think you'd be able to "get off" on just a pretty girl's face?

67
It all depends on the question that we are asking.  If its the most important feature of a woman's body that determines attractiveness, then yeah i would agree with face.  But if we are talking in a purely sexual nature(this is the sex thread after all) Porn consisting of just a pretty girls face doesn't exactly do it for me.

I guess the question is, then, would a girl with an other hot body, but a face you consider highly unnattractive, be a "boner kill" so to speak.

What is Abarat about? Is it any good? Could you tell me a little about it?

This chick named Candy hates her life, ends up summoning an ocean from a lighthouse in the middle of the woods, and ends up travelling to a bizarre land made up of islands, each based on an hour of the day (so the Noon island is always bright day, and the Midnight island is always pitch black night, for example). Really imaginative, awesome creepy villain, lots of cool stuff…but, we’ve been waiting like seven years now for book 3. Personally, I’d put that on your list but not read them til the next book comes out so you aren’t stuck in the waiting zone.

Grr…same with Martin’s ASOIAF…though that’s not been taking quite as long.

Rhapsody series by Elizabeth Haydon: Fantasy novel, pretty good if a little slow in parts. Mostly I really like the characters. They are all unique and awesome. Rhapsody is a beautiful former prostitute who has magical singing powers, Akmed the Snake is a super competent assassin with the ability too feel other's hearts beating and with an awesome crossbow-throwing star weapon he invented himself, and my favorite character, Grunthor is a huge giant with a soft heart and giant knife for every occasion. They mostly explore the center of the world in the first novel. It's pretty cool.

I read that series (well, the first trilogy).

As for the comic book - Well, it wasn't really hipsterish, again. It lacked everything that one would think of as the properties of a hipster work, other than that it wasn't mainstream, until you consider the medium - In the comic book world, it was VERY mainstream, some seriously hot property. Again, I don't think it's hipsterish, and really, if you apply the definition too broadly, you end up with a useless definition.

Well, I heard it said somewhere that it was popular with the hipster crowd, so that person probably didn't know what hipster was either.

I used to frequent the Bioware forums, years and years ago, and they had this awesome evil laugh smiley.

Well, to be fair, It's EXACTLY his kinda role - Kinda hopeless guy awkwardly going after the girl of his dreams.
Seriously, that's Cera in every movie.

Though, I do think that the Cera-hate is getting a little too trendy-bullshit for my taste, to the point where I've spoken to people who hate him for being a terrible actor, and not funny - without seeing 99% of his output. Usually, they've only seen one movie, or a few episodes of Arrested Development, if anything at all. Nothing against you, CDSM, just as a general comment.

Well, I've seen several of his deals, including, on a regrettably bored and forlorn late afternoon-evening, Year One. Of course, I disliked him from the instant I saw him, so I guess I still fall into that mold.

Quote
Though, I'd really like you to define hipsterish - From what I've seen and noted as is generally thought to be "Hipster", this movie is damn near the perfect antithesis of it. Big Marketing Machine, Midnight releases, Massive special effects and CGI, Mainstream pop culture references and some really big, well known bands working with it(for example - Beck wrote all of the music for Sex bom-omb, though the actors actually performed it for the movie) for a start. I mean, Fair enough you don't like the movie, it wasn't perfect, but hipsterish it most definitely was not.

Hipsterish is like emo, it means whatever you want it to me in a vague, undefined sense.
It was based on a hipsterish comic book, anyway.

You need to read it in the Winnie the Pooh Narrator voice. That's makes all exposition good.

Nobody's perfect.  ;)

Michael Cera is perfect.

Perfectly pathetic. He ruined that movie for me.

Well, the movie wasn't my style that much anyways. Too hipsterish.

As far as body parts, I have to say that I am a face man. I know it's not popular, but I don't care. The face is the most distinctive  part of a body and says the most about a person. By looking at a girl's face, I can tell if she is nice, mean, happy or sad. If a girls face is nice and symmetrical, and she has a cute or welcoming expression, she doesn't have to have a perfect body IMO.

I'm more of a Murdock myself.  8)

okay, okay.

So since this is the sex thread, i have a question for all you that fancy the ladies (whether male or female):

Ass or Boobs? and why?

The former. Because...well, couldn't say. Just the way I'm wired, I suppose.

Nonpoint - "Bullet With a Name"

My disposition is in a position for all to see.
Regretless for how it feels.
I got a bullet with a name on it.
Bullet with a name.

Because the cause for all, the pause you think you see
is really concentration on the steel.
I got a bullet with a name on it.
Bullet with a name.

See everybody watching and passing judgment
on every little move and decision I make.
How can I be an individual with the weight of the world
with 8 other planets to take?
and with everything happening
gunshots clapping and people all
running in every direction
with their hands up praying for the drama to end,
I got my hand out looking for some money to spend.

[Chorus]
The price tags on the things I need are getting bigger by the day
I got a bullet with a name on it.
Bullet with a name.
The way I work so hard for things they just take away from me.
I got a bullet with a name on it.
Bullet with a name.

I'm working harder than a hundred black mules down in Mexico.
No water, no clouds, no cover,
from the hotter than Hell no dinner bell,
empty oven again from another bad opinion.
I mean who doesn't want the cars,
money, fame, attention, bars, honeys,
games, attention, stars?
Funny how we say we don't need it
then turn around and try to achieve it.

[Chorus]

Everything that they say about me.
And everything that they make me need,
are nothing when they're taking everything away from me.
Everyone trying to make it harder
and everyone saying I would never be.
You're nothing but a name on the bullet that I aim...

[Chorus]

I think if that was the case, ALL the streets designed by that guy would create some elaborate geometric figure.
I agree. I have been to france, and seen it from the air - If that were the case, then it wouldn't have been a pentagram laid out in public parks - point, I should look up those parks, see when they became parks, rather than anything else - but he wouldn't have stopped there, it would have been on a much grander scale.

Yeah, like that time in Fullmetal Alchemist when they turn a whole city into a transmutation circle or whatever.

83
What, no PB&J love?

And ice cream?

Now there's what I call "vanilla sex".

What alternatives ???

I mean fun sex stuff that isn't "kinky".

84
So yeah, i'm pretty boring when it comes to sexgames then.
No tying up, no gaging, no electricity and definitly no dom or sub stuff.

My sexlife is dooooooooomed!

You just need to find some alternatives.
Personally, I find the idea of being tied up to be boring.
And dom/sub is completely beyond my ability to understand.

86
I think that I am the opposite. Electric shock is pretty terrifying to me, so bad that I have to look away when I see it on film. (Unless it is played for laughs and even then sometimes... well my according to my father my mother had electric shock therapy and was never the same, so whatever) but I really enjoy some mild choking. Mind you, only when I do it myself and only with a hand when I am... doing my thing... because the danger is so high if you use some kind of object.
I don't mind restraints at all, (including gags) as long as they aren't too tight alow plenty of circulation and don't chafe.

I like the feeling of burns and shocks. Immolation and Electrocution would probably be my chosen way to die.
Only thing that would keep me away (as usual) isn't fear of pain, but fear of injury.

87
-snip-

I like that whole raised finger pose. Like, "You about to get schooled" look.

Yeah gags SUCK!
Especially when you almost choked to death as a kid.
(not by gag!)

I could never do any kind of erotic asphyxiation or choking or whatever. I have an utter phobia of not being able to breath.

Electrical shocks, though, I find pretty fun. I had a pretty nice shock today.
(Cautionary Note: When told to rub down a cabinet with degreaser and hot water, don't rub down the outlet in said cabinet with the hot water rag).

This chapter will feature Glyph looking at over nine thousand boobies through clothes.

Of course. Eschelon is a big city! Must be tons of pretty girls on the street ready for ogling.

Do you suppose they sell magical see-through-proof underwear in this setting?
