Pack wars are kinda like sealed deck but with only one pack.
You take your pack, open it, and shuffle in 3 of each basic land without looking at any of the cards.
Then you play a 2 out of 3 match with it. It's a cute, fun little limited format to play when you only have a few packs liying around. It's great when you are opening tournement winnings and have a little extra time with your freinds.

I like red and white. Very rarely do I play a deck that is neither of those 2 colours.
The formats I like to play most are draft, sealed, Type 2, Extended, Elder Dragon Highlander and Pack wars.

Damn really? So I take it your actually pretty good then?

I consiter myself an okay player, at least locally. I can always get better, but I'm usually in one of the top five most skilled people in any local tournement I enter in.

When I was 12 or so I often went to the Calfornia Beach Boardwalk in my home town of Santa Cruz, but I havent been to one sense.

Yes. I play in about 2-3 tournements a week, and the last 5 months I've been having a (as yet unsuccessful) campaign to get on the Pro Tour/get pro points.

I like everything about it except the new smiles. (And the semi-emberessing picture of a miosend maytag at the top of the page, but that's already been adressed, so whatever).
They kinda suck. Any way we can get the old smiles? Or turn them off so we can just use text for them?

You know, the new smileys are sortof cool, I'll be abusing them alot.
No you must have read me wrong, I'm sure I wrote "using".

Meh. I like the old smiles better. Like this one is all googly eyes, when I perfer just an emberessed face, then I have to use this one . The best smiles I know about are on the Mtgsalvation.com forums. Yeah, thems some good smiles, mm hmm!

I wish Suspira was nicer about it. Just becuase she exposed the truth doesn't mean she should roister in shadenfroid, but that's just me.
