Me neither. I'm too wrapped up in my comic projects...
I mean, I actually have a script written out for episode one...I just have to get around to drawing it.

Hehe, my writing problems lie with wanting to do too much at once. For instance, wanting to work on novels when I have a hard enough time getting short stories done. I'm too easily distracted. :P

I have 7 stories I'm trying to juggle...the real difficult part is when I come up with a good idea and don't know which I should use it in.

Hahaha, no kiddin'. Then of course you've also got certain parts you can't wait to write, but you never really feel like writing the more boring stuff that should come first. Or at least, that's how it is for me.

I've devised a solution to this problem: Make EVERY. GOD. DAMN. PART. AWESOME.
Admittedly, this is easier said than done, but there's a general principle to it. I mean, the exposition is boring, so cut it out and begin in media res. Et cetera.
I also try to apply this to characters as well...if a character is not suitably developed, interesting, and awesome enough, they simply get cut from the cast or reworked until they do. I think that's a serious problem in some works, a certain character or core group of characters get all the glory/coolness/power and the rest are boring, but necessary supporting cast. Hence, why you get mary-sues.
That's why instead of having one all-powerful author insert mary-sue, I prefer to have about ten mary-sues all trying to one-up each other.

Haha, sounds loads better than just sitting around and trying unsuccessfully to get rid of my writers block by doing nothing. That's pretty much all it ever comes down to with me. I'm thinking having actual deadlines would help, motivate me to write what I need to and all that. But oh well, not much to do about it, I suppose.
As for the character problems though, I like to come up with back stories for each of the main ones. They might not even be relevant to the main story or anything, but I find it sometimes helps when trying to develop them.
