For the month of April, the vote incentives are going to be sketches decided on by the readers. All you have to do is post in this thread a description of what you would like me to draw, and that will be a vote incentive!
There are a couple of restrictions... I probably won't be drawing any backgrounds. If you are asking for a non-Flipside character, you must include a link to reference pics. My preference is for single character drawings only, but it's okay to ask for a pic of 2 characters interacting, as long as it's very simple... but a 2 character drawing will be less detailed. (And since these are vote incentives, none of them are gonna be *that* detailed anyway.)
Also, only one request per person. Please do not create a separate account to get around this restriction because I will check the IP addresses of new posters.
Requests will be used as vote incentives in the order they are posted.

Alright, even though I'm not first and this won't be up on April Fools Day, I'd really like to see a pic of Maytag in her jester uniform getting hit right in the face with a pie, three stooges style. The type of pie doesn't really matter but I'd like it to be something sticky, like cream, custard or chocolate. Meat pies just don't have the same kind of appeal! :'(
I'd also really like to see the expression on her face and see how she'd reacts to it, so if you could drawn her with her face visible, for example as the pie's falling away or she's blinking out, that'd be grand! :P
I'd preferably like it to be a full body pic (even if she's not necessarily standing up), but if that'll mean making the main focus less detailed than a face or face and upper body pic is fine.
Hope that isn't too complicated (or weird x_x)!

Yay for drawings ! I intend to donate as soon as some financial issues are sorted anyway, but until then, yay.
Hmm, since I predict many originals and/or main characters, I think I'll go with one of the new ones... It's hard to chose, as I like Vennice, Moby and Buzz... (Can't help imagining the latter with the ultimate radio voice even in common conversation but that's besides the point) So, hm...
Let's go with a bit of the two first. Not a two-person drawing. Just Vennice looking at a sheet of paper (what is on it hidden from the sight of the viewer) with an air of complete horror. What is on the paper being of course indicated in some ways as an idea Moby had for an outfit for her. If a few words flying are allowed, little phrases like "How can you even do THAT with fabric ?" and "I want to avert my eyes but I can't..." would be fun too.

Okay, I kinda wanna see Crest being a badass in some way, like cutting someone's head off or stabbing someone with his sword, something along those lines (if it's not too gruesome). It's all good if you can't.

Edit: Thanks so much for the lovely sketch of Maytag in that costume! Too bad, its a php-script, so saving it is not possible. Will you add the sketches to the gallery in may?

Might be odd, but how about some characters from another webcomic? If no ones seen it yet, I think it's swedish.

And my request would be either one of the main (And so far only real) characters, Aynah, or Baalah.
Though I have to note, that Baalah, (The demoness) seems to get the majority of fanart attention for some reason... Probably obvious why.

Sometimes I save vote incentive images (like early character designs, Bloody Mary ones). It's a shame you can't see older ones, I hope Brion will consider making a new secret section consisting of a gallery with old incentive images :)

The problem is that if I did that, it would take away people's incentive to vote. Although some of the commissions I have posted in there will be put into the normal gallery, at some point. Also, sometimes I rerun older vote incentives, so if you keep voting you might see something you missed.

I am so sad it seems I missed my incentive drawing :( When I voted it was back to the the Vennice in lingerie picture, then back to naked comic character. It seems to be rotating back so I'll keep waiting for a chance to see it.

Just pick your favorite book, movie or show and ask for your favorite character there! It's not so hard. :)
Now people pick or I will do my best do drive Brion insane. Don't ask me how, but I'll come up with something. Maytag in Picasso style or something. :P

As I still love the memory of the sketch for last month, I'm gratefully coming back to asking more from you. This time I'd like to see Maytag fooling around with any version of Alita from Gunnmu (Battle Angel Alita), preferably the last version of Last Order with the coat and the tail she obtained in the Z.O.T.T.

Well, as I said for the first (great) vote incentive I humbly requested, I quite enjoy Vennice and Moby amongst the recently introduced characters. As Vennice had thankfully a bit of lovely attention, then I will request a drawing of Moby now.
Let's see... One thing that could be fun would be Moby having somehow recuperated Suspiria's former hair/hair enchantment in some way. As such, the picture would be her, say, crossing her arms or striking a pose, and her hair prouting little arms doing the same pose as her.
A bit silly, but... Yeah, I like that.

As for another idea for a vote incentive:
Bern sitting in some inn, and a scantily clad waitress winking at her, whilst giving her a drink (mayor cleavage action? ^^)
Maytag (in costume) on Bern's left shoulder is seductively whispering into her ear saying "You know you want to!"
Bern is looking at her right shoulder, where Maytag (not in costume) is sitting, looking at her, shrugging, and says: "What? Even I'd do her - she's hot!"

I really love these voter incentives. They're all so cute and silly and cool, and they do their job well as an incentive. My suggestion would be something along the lines of Suspira styling a very reluctant Moss' hair. He can't keep it in his eyes forever!

Hi, I'm new to the forumns but have been a fan of Flipside since last year when I picked up the first four mangas at Anime Boston ;D
Assuming I'm not too late for jumping on the request bandwagon, may I request a pic of Bloody Mary dressed in May Tag's current jester costume and asking how she looks while striking a pose? Like she's trying to be cute but still comes off scary? XD
I adore Mary, she kicks all kinds of ass and is both terrifying and sympathetic at the same time

Well, that's all the sketch requests for now. For this month of June, I'm not gonna be taking any requests, it's just gonna be random sketches and such. July I will be taking requests again, and for that I will start a new thread.
