:'( *cries* aww poor purple cow. :-\

what  do you do on your weekends away from home?
Depends on where I go, but usually have some sort of fun with friends of either or both sexes, often involving lots of snacks, soda, miniatures and/or board games and/or DVDs
do you take many vacations?
Not really, those I do take are a bit longer instead
what was the last vacation you took?
Christmas at my parents' house with parents, older sister, older brother, Sister-in-law and nieces
where is your dream vacation spot?
There are many, but one specific that I haven't been to yet is Warhammer World, Nottingham, UK

What do you think about death?  :o
It's a fact of life and I'd rather go painfully and relatively quick than going senile for years before the body quits.
If you could choose one way to die (not peacefully in your sleep) how would it be?
Ascending to become a Daemon prince?

...
what name would you pick for your firstborn child?
That's a tough question I have been pondering for quite a few years without coming up with a definite answer. But in the end it's not up to just me, now is it?
have you ever seen the Magic toll Booth?
Nope
what is the last book you read for fun?
Sunzi's 'Art of war' (I'm a member in a military history book club)
do pigs ever meow?
Yes, when frozen stiff and beeing cut up with a circular saw

poor piggy :-\ :(

tonights q's include:

A whole lot of sky :)
have you had Quiche?
The pie or the crèpe or the language? (I've had both the pie and the crèpe, at home and in France) :p
do you like spinach in things (like on pizza)?
Eww! That stuff corrodes your insides! :o
do you know what a Popple is?
The tree?
have you ever seen "Duckula"?
I might have, but I don't remember

Are You familliar with Darkwing Duck?  :D

Do you like cartoons?

What's your favorite?

Do you find some of them erotic  :-[?

If you could have any cartoon-gag super power (pulling just about anything out of thin air, spinning around and to change costume, being able to levitate as long as you didn't look down.... ect), what would it be?

Are You familliar with Darkwing Duck?  :D
Yes! :D
Do you like cartoons?
Yes!
What's your favorite?
Many, one of them is Ragnarök, a Swedish cartoon about a young not-so-violent-and-unable-to-fly dragon, his tomboy fairy and teen-girl barbarian friends as well as his huge mother who's trying to make a proper dragon out of him...
Do you find some of them erotic  :-[?
Some, but not the mentioned favourite

If you could have any cartoon-gag super power (pulling just about anything out of thin air, spinning around and to change costume, being able to levitate as long as you didn't look down.... ect), what would it be?
Making machines start at random and follow me around

Seems like everyone acted weird when I asked the "Do you find some of them erotic  :-[?" question.

So I ask you this: do anime manga and hentie count as cartoons in your veiw?

Do you know anything about "high" art?

What is your favorite impressionist painter?

What other country do you most want to travle to and why?

What is one silly thing you'd want to do while you were there?

Do you like any foreign sweets?

Do you belive in fate?

In destiny?

Is there any difference?

Is life just a random series of accedents with no desernable rhyme or reason?

Do you love Boobies?  :D

How Much?   ;)

Seems like everyone acted weird when I asked the "Do you find some of them erotic  :-[?" question.

So I ask you this: do anime manga and hentie count as cartoons in your veiw?
Why wouldn't they? And not all cartoons are for kids.
Do you know anything about "high" art?
A bit, but not much.
What is your favorite impressionist painter?
Isn't interested enough in art to connect works with painters
What other country do you most want to travle to and why?
The UK (nature, architecture and Warhammer world) And Finnland (Nature, historical sites, and Razzly ;) )
What is one silly thing you'd want to do while you were there?
In the UK, park a life-size Chimera APC custom-built off of a Swedish APC chassi on the Warhammer world parking lot in Nottingham. In Finnland, don't know really. :)
Do you like any foreign sweets?
Pringles!
Do you belive in fate?
No
In destiny?
Occationally
Is there any difference?
Fate is independent of the carrier's acts and will, destiny has to be actively pursued.
Is life just a random series of accedents with no desernable rhyme or reason?
Could be, but my life has contained way too many lucky strikes and close calls to be random.
Do you love Boobies?  :D
Natural ones
How Much?   ;)
A nibble ;D

Title: Re: Giving chase to truth

what do you think of cell phones?
Thay are useful but I think cell phones with cameras has an abuse-ratio that's high enough to warrant an age-limit on buying. And generally they lack in battery efficiency.
do you like peas?
Only yellow ones, in soup, with lots of pork and onions, served with mustard on the side.
is fog as thick as peanut butter or pea soup?
Pea soup
how many licks does it take to get to the center?
The center as in the "fun-bead"? or the fleshy "cavern"? :p
what is your favorite pudding?
Chocolate
Do you like Jello?
Never tasted it :/

Do you think the matrix is a good movie?  :D The second one? :-\ The third one?  :(
They are all ok as pasttimes, but I don't like the story or the martial arts fights that much
Would you like to have Neo's jacket?
Maybe, it's a cool trenchcoat
To be able to scorpian kick like Trinity?
What's the point? I'm an artillery man, all I need is coordinates and a radio and they won't ever know what hit them *evil grin*
Wield a katana like Morpheous?
That could be cool though, but not like Morpheus but properly, like a japanese master swordsman.
Is that how life really is, a big giant illusion created by forces we can't control so they can fool us into inaction?
Life is no illusion but there are powerful people who ARE trying to fool the masses into inaction and apathy
Are we really even here?  :'(
I am at least.
If you could weild any anchient weapon what would it be?
The repeating ballista
Witch is cooler monks or nuns?
Neither, they just exist
Do you think it wierd I have a nun fetish  :-[?
Not any wierder than my taste for inflicting pain and pleasure simultaneously on my sexual partners ::)
What is the coolest vehicle to ride in?
The KMW Leopard 2S, aka. Stridsvagn 122
What is the funniest thing you've ever seen while driving?
Don't remember anything actually funny seen while driving
What is the silliest thing you've ever done in a car?
Singing along to the stereo
What is the sexiest?  :-*
Kissing my loved one?
fun bead?*blinks*
The little hooded bead that makes girls squirm and moan funny when it's licked
how do you eat pie?
Depends on if it's a meal-pie or a desert-pie and what kind of filling it has.
what is your favorite color?
Red and azure
have you ever seen a green sky?
No, but I've seen the northern lights ;D
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What is your dream house?
A 14th century Swiss alpine castle
Does it have a pool?
If it doesn't´from the start I'd have one added
How about woods in the back?
No, but maybe down in the valleys on either side
What is the best kind of wheather?
Indoors
Is it like that where you live?
Not nearly often enough
Are Good and Evil absolutes? Ideas? Nonsense? Some combination of the three?
Both are higly subjective, artificial concepts, so a kind of ideas
What is your favorite philosopher?
Me?
What is your favorite book?
Mechanicum, the latest book in the Horus Heresy series of Warhammer 40k Sci-fi novels
Aren't sex toys kind of gross?   :(
HELL NO! In my book, there is nothing gross about sex, sex toys or genitals while used in a positive context.
Is it uncooth that I just asked you that?
Some might have thought that, but my mind doesn't work like that.

You say you are an Arty man what in you opionion is the best Arty piece? (mine is the British 25 Pounder  ;D )
Well, it depends a lot on what era we are talking about. In modern times I got a few favourites, firstly, one that's actually still a prototype, the Patria/Hägglunds CV90AMOS, and then there is a tie between the Bofors 155mm ARTHUR and the KMW Pzh2000 for second place.
did you make the dragon in you siggy or did you get from somewhere?
I shamelessly stole the dragon animation from someone else in another forum ;D
what kind of puppy you would be if you were a dog?
Any kind, I actually doesn't like dogs in general so it doesn't really matter.
tadpoles or frogs?
Frogs, frogs are cute

Do you like sour things?
Occationally
Do you like spicy things?
Yesyesyesyes! ;D
Do ever go to bars?
Nope.
Do you ever go to book stores?
Yup :D
What is the most emberessing place you freqently shop at?
I guess that would be the grocer or the drug store when buying condoms(though I have had no reason to do that for almost 10 months now and running :( )
What is the hippest thing about you that no one knows?
Now if I told you that it wouldn't be a secret anymore, now would it? :P
What silly thing do you do on a regular basis?
Make noices and meow realistically enough to fool cats...
What silly thing do you look forward to?
Meeting my girlfriend and the three cats of her two best friends
Are you neat or messy?
Neat when I feel good, messy when feeling lonely... my flat looks like kosovo in '92
Are you fast or slow?
I usually take my time but can be really quick when nessessary
Do you like get away with things or do you always fess up?
Usually the latter, but the former may happen too
Can others trust you?
If they are my friends they can count on me for life
Can you trust others?
Yes, but only proven friends are truly ever trusted
Can you shake your money maker?
 Eh? Say what?

wow even dessert is cheese! :o

does mickey mouse close his ears for the mickey mouse hats?
Don't think so. I seem to recall the hats having slits for his ears or fitting between them in a gravity and friction defying way.
what is your favorite color cotton candy?
Have only ever waten white, but I think I'd like green best.
have you seen the Broadway play CATS?
Only snippets on TV, but if I ever go to over the pond to NY and it's still running I'd try to

Title: Re: Giving chase to truth
Post by: Emp_Dragon on April 12, 2009, 09:04:36 am
when was the last time you had a killer hangover?
Easy, I've never had a hangover since I for one only have been drunk once, and then I quit drinking once I started to feel as if my feet were a bit round. I don't need to get drunk to loosen up and I don't think the increased vulnerability and bad taste is anything to shout about... So I very, very rarely drink anything containing alcohol and when I do it's too little to affect me noticably.

tonights q's:

do you have to pay taxes?
I live in Sweden... that means ~30% income tax, 25% sales tax on everything except 'culture' (books, theater tickets and such only has 6% sales tax) and certain base foodstuffs that also has a lower sales tax and/or are subsidised. If I earned 1.5 times as much as I do now, I would also have to pay 50% national tax on all income over a certain monthly ammount that I don't know by heart.

would you like to collect rubber duckies?
No, they are cute, but I don't have a bathtub to keep them in :(

do you have a rubber duckie?
Yes one, at my parent's house, he's got shades

what kind of food do you find erotic?
Most red berries, melons, grapes, pineapple, chocolate mousse with banana slices and whipped cream, crème brulé with whipped cream and then some other foods I can't grasp at the moment. But seriously, most edibles can be erotic in the right context and when served in the right way.

do you think oysters are really and aphrodisiac?
No, molluscs are fail by default

do you think the Purple people eater would eat you?
Nope, he'd recognise my true identity as a fellow people eater and pass me by

icecream and cookies are a great combo yes?
All depends on what kind of ice cream and what kind of cookies, but commonly, yes. ;D

Honestly I didn't think that far, I'm more of a straight-up guy, and don't care for reading between lines to find hidden meanings and expectations. And even on the rare occations I do percive such things I don't acknowledge it out of principle and reflex. If anyone want something of me, they better tell it to me in plain words or it won't happen.

Ah, in that case I've never eaten one and isn't likely to ever do it either.

do you assume that cute=innocent?
Nope
what operating system do you prefer for your computer?
Depends on what I'll be using it for, but I'm running Win XP on my home-machine
dvd or vhs?
DVD, the discs lasts longer and has a better image quality.
does BETA mean anything to you?
It's either a pre-production test of a software, or a process to remove oxides from welded metal objects

care to guess the color of my socks?
Red and white?
did you know phones are evil?

how much is too much?
Hell of a lot more than too little
what is your definition of equality?
Depends on the context, but generally, I define it as sharing the same rights, and the same obligations.

Probably not, but she would have given it one hell of a wallop if it tressepassed on her turf, and most of the village was her turf as far as I could guess by the way she never got challenged by any other cat and other cats just slipped away when she came. But she passed away in the spring 2003

I'm neutral towards them

Umm... i think there are some named 'oceans' on the moon that's not water...
what things do you contemplate late at night?
Gorgeous women, and politics

Do you think you are an honest person?
Do you think you know exactly who you are and why you do stuff the way you do?
Do you regret things you have said?
Do you regret things you have done?
Do you think i am asking these questions for a reason?
How would you like to have your life look like in ten years?
Would you believe i am asking random questions?
Is there anything you changed your mind upon in the last few....
weeks?
months?
years?
What is it you miss in life?

Do you think you are an honest person? I try to be.
Do you think you know exactly who you are and why you do stuff the way you do? Mostly, but there is always going to be more to discover.
Do you regret things you have said? Not really, no.
Do you regret things you have done? Nope, but there are a couple of things I regret I didn't do.
Do you think i am asking these questions for a reason? Don't know, but I'd guess so?
How would you like to have your life look like in ten years? A stable life with a little family going together with my current girlfriend.
Would you believe i am asking random questions? No, there are too few things that are truly random.
Is there anything you changed your mind upon in the last few....
weeks? Yes
months? Yes
years? Yes
What is it you miss in life? A less lonely soul.

are you surprised I haven't asked any new q's in a while?

where you relieved you didn't have a million more q's to answer?

what is your favorite kind of pie?

do you like cheesecake?

what kind of cake should I serve at a long Island iced tea party?

Do you think it's a red neck thing to roast marshmallows on a rake?

Are you going to ask me some new q's in my truth thread now?

are you surprised I haven't asked any new q's in a while?
Actually, yes
where you relieved you didn't have a million more q's to answer?
Neither
what is your favorite kind of pie?
Quiche Lorraine
do you like cheesecake?
Not very much but I'll try it if offered
what kind of cake should I serve at a long Island iced tea party?
Genuine English biscuits, with cheese.
Do you think it's a red neck thing to roast marshmallows on a rake?
Never thought of it, but it sounds partially unhygienic and partially very practical (provided it was sterilized in the fire before applying marshmallows to the tips)
Are you going to ask me some new q's in my truth thread now?
I might, but I don't know

Thought you where arty not a tanker?
In the swedish army, each fighting batallion has three 120mm m/41D mortar platoons attatched to the command company.
Thus mortars sort under armor/mech.-inf. OR infantry regiments while the artillery companies are exclusively outfitted with the venerable 155mm Bofors Howizers m/77B, soon to be replaced by Bofors ARCHERs
The hoplessly outdated towed mortars were also supposed to be replaced with mechanised counterparts, but that was dropped due to the politically orchestrated (more or less annual) defence budget cuts.
Otherwise the three platoons in each batallion would have been replaced with two pairs of Hägglunds/Patria CV90 AMOS vehicles each.

fairies in sexual orentation?(perhaps i don't really want to know?) Fairies= an old and mildly derogative synonym for male homosexuals.

do you enjoy autumn? Partially

where is the rabbit hole? Ultimately depends on what type of rabbit

for that matter where is Alice? "Alice? Who the fuck is Alice"

what is your favorite horror creature? I'd say the blood suckers of the restricted zone around chernobyl NPP featured in the game S.T.A.L.K.E.R. specifically the one hiding in the underground tunnels near Agroprom

what is the lamest horror creature? according to what I've head it'd have to be twilight 'vampires'

cold plus rain is bad or good? The only good weather is when I'm indoors. Period.

Whats your favorite herbal tea?

Do all herbal teas turn red?

Should I inspire UIS and his magic cards by posting a painting I have of the D-Day Normandy landings and have him call it "Odd's Amphibous Assault"?

Do you renounce Santa and all of his evil works? Santa? there is no such entity. There is only the pantheon of chaos and their daemonic servants.

preferences:
pop/jazz? Either
scifi/comedy? Scifi
would you rather sprain an ankle or break a 1.5L of booze? Break the booze, I have little use for booze anyway aside from first aid medicine(externally) and cooking

Is Donald Duck still at the cross roads with a machine gun? No idea
Are you a vegetarian/vegan? Vegan food can be really tasty... if some meat is added. (e.g. Hell no, I considder every other mammal, every reptile and every bird to be a potential food source graded by taste, my hunger, availiability and social conventions)

What is the 'Emp' for?

How old would you be if you didn?t know how old you were?

You?re having lunch with three people you respect and admire.  They all start criticizing a close friend of yours, not knowing she is your friend.  The criticism is distasteful and unjustified.  What do you do?

Do you push the elevator button more than once? Do you really believe it makes the elevator faster?

Has your greatest fear ever come true?

How many M&Ms can you fit in your mouth?
How many whole chickens eggs can you fit in your stomach cavity?
How many jars of live fire ants would you be willing to smash open with a rock for 20 dollars... in a closed and small room? (up close, no throwing)
How many questions will you answer?

How many questions will you answer?
1) There is always room for one more!
2) Do not intend to find out
3) As long as I can immerse the jars fully in acetone while wearing a gas mask I can smash as many as I can lift the stone to smash them.
4) Time will tell
